I start off easy on you and then I progressively add on to your daily workouts with one rest day a week. Each day builds on itself by repeating all daily booty blast exercises you've learned PLUS every week the workouts and exercises get more and more challenging to create those killer results in just 21 days and under 15 minutes a day. These are our three staple moves we complete every single day during this program. Week 1 you complete them for 45 seconds each, Week 2 for 60 seconds and you'll finish strong Week 3 completing the Big Three for 90 seconds!
Each day builds on the last. So, Day 1 you complete just that daily blast. Day 2 you complete Day 2 and Day 1. Day 3 you complete Day 3, 2 & 1. And so on... By Day 21 you'll complete all 21 daily blasts at once to finish out the program!
Choose between two optional cardio workouts included weekly to take your results to the next level. Your options include the weekly HIIT Blitz workout which is a 10 minute High Intensity Interval Training workout or LISS & Lunge workout which is 20 minutes of Low Intensity Steady State movement with walking lunge intervals. If you are feeling next level, grab some ankle weights and your loop band and complete one of short FINISHER band blasts to lift, tone and tighten that backside even more.
