WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Each week I'll add a new challenge to increase intensity but the primary workouts stay the same! You've got this and don't forget to share on social so I can celebrate you!

LET'S GET STARTED

Below are all the workouts for the 21 day challenge. You'll have 5 primary workouts that you'll repeat over the course of these next three weeks with 3 weekly bonus workouts (aka extra credit) for you over-achievers. Follow the weekly schedule above!

TAKE IT UP A LEVEL EACH WEEK

Even though I'm putting you through the same workout schedule weekly doesn't mean the intensity can increase each week!

WEEK 2 CHALLENGE: It's time to increase your band resistance and bring out the heavier weights.  Challenge yourself to create more time on tension and during our HIIT workouts (Tuesday/Thursday) try not to modify and see how many repetitions you can do within those interval too!  Lastly, if you haven't yet tried the weekly bonus workouts, now is the time!  The 21 minute studio sculpt will torch those calories for sure!

WEEK 3 CHALLENGE: Yet again it's time to increase the band resistance & weights (especially if you didn't last week).  You main focus (outside of the primary workouts of course) is to hit up that Afterparty!  Complete one of the Afterparty Add-Ons at the end of each of your daily workouts.  It's as simple as adding in a few minutes of walking lunges but oh how it will be worth it when you see those legs in shorts this summer.  Oh and yes for goodness sakes, try the dang weekly bonus workout (it's a favorite of mine for sure).
